This Peach Cottage Cheese Protein Smoothie is silky, sunny, and naturally protein-rich with ripe peaches and a soft vanilla finish for breakfast or snack time. It blends cottage cheese, banana, and Greek yogurt into a thick, creamy drink that tastes like dessert but fuels your day.
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen peach slices
- 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 medium ripe banana
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, plus more as needed
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon honey or maple syrup, optional
- 3 to 4 ice cubes
How To Make It
Add the almond milk, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, banana, vanilla extract, and vanilla protein powder to a blender. Blend for 20 seconds until smooth.
Add the frozen peach slices and ice cubes. Blend again on high for 30 to 45 seconds, scraping down the sides as needed, until the smoothie is thick and completely creamy.
Taste and add honey or maple syrup if you want extra sweetness. If the smoothie is too thick, pour in a splash more almond milk and blend for a few seconds. Serve immediately in a chilled glass.
Tips
Use frozen peaches for the thickest texture without watering the smoothie down. If using fresh peaches, add extra ice cubes or freeze the peach slices for at least one hour first. For a stronger peachy flavor, add a few thin fresh peach slices on top. A pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg also brings out the natural sweetness beautifully.
This bright, protein-packed blend is the easiest way to make snack time feel like a summer morning.
