This Frozen Strawberry Peach Lemonade Smoothie is the kind of icy, fruity blend that instantly feels like a sunny-day treat. Sweet strawberries and juicy peach give it a bright fruit flavor, while lemonade adds a lightly tart finish that keeps every sip refreshing. Greek yogurt and banana make it smooth and creamy without taking away that crisp, slushy lemonade vibe.
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen peach slices
- 1/2 medium banana, preferably frozen
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup cold lemonade
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 to 2 teaspoons honey, plus a tiny drizzle for serving if desired
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
How To Make It
Add the lemonade and lemon juice to the blender first. This helps the blades move easily and gives the smoothie its bright, lemonade-style base.
Add the Greek yogurt, banana, frozen strawberries, frozen peach slices, honey, and ice. Blend on high until the mixture looks thick, frosty, and evenly pink-orange. If the smoothie is too thick to blend, splash in 1 to 3 tablespoons more lemonade and blend again.
Taste and adjust before pouring. For a tarter smoothie, add another small squeeze of lemon juice. For a sweeter smoothie, add a little more honey. Pour into a chilled glass and finish with a light honey drizzle, a strawberry slice, or a small peach wedge if you want it to look extra pretty.
This recipe makes 1 large smoothie or 2 small snack-size smoothies.
Tips
Use frozen fruit for the best icy texture. Fresh strawberries and peaches will still taste great, but the smoothie will be softer and less slushy unless you add more ice.
For a creamier blend, use frozen banana and full-fat or 2% Greek yogurt. For a lighter, icier texture, reduce the yogurt to 1/3 cup and add an extra splash of lemonade.
If your lemonade is already very sweet, start with just 1 teaspoon of honey or skip it until after blending. If you are using tart homemade lemonade, the honey helps round out the fruit flavor.
To prep ahead, portion the strawberries, peaches, and banana into a freezer bag. When ready to blend, add the frozen fruit to the blender with Greek yogurt, lemonade, lemon juice, honey, and ice.
Blend it up, pour it cold, and enjoy a bright little sip of summer!
