Mango kefir smoothie with pineapple in a glass garnished with lime and fresh mango chunks

Mango Kefir Smoothie With Pineapple

This mango kefir smoothie is the perfect tropical pick-me-up when you want something tangy, creamy, and refreshing. Pineapple and lime keep it bright, while mango and banana make every sip smooth and naturally sweet. Kefir adds a lovely velvety texture and a gentle tang that balances the fruit beautifully. It is quick to blend, easy to customize, and feels like a mini escape in a glass.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 3/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 3/4 cup plain kefir
  • 1/4 cup coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup, optional

How To Make It

Add the kefir and coconut water to a blender first. Then add the frozen mango, frozen pineapple, banana, and lime juice. If you are using honey or maple syrup, drizzle it in now.

Blend on high for 45 to 60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more coconut water. If it is too thin, add a few extra frozen mango chunks and blend again.

Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy immediately.

Tips

Use frozen fruit for the thickest, creamiest texture without watering it down. If you only have fresh fruit, add a small handful of ice before blending.

For extra tropical flavor, replace the coconut water with light coconut milk. A little lime zest also brightens the mango and pineapple beautifully.

Plain kefir keeps the smoothie tangy and light, but vanilla kefir works nicely for a sweeter drink. Just taste before adding extra sweetener.

Make it dairy-free by swapping the kefir for a plant-based kefir or coconut yogurt thinned with a splash of coconut water.

This one is sunshine in a glass — bright, creamy, and ready in minutes.
